China Calls for Global Unity in Managing Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial intelligence (AI) is growing fast and changing many parts of our lives. But with this growth, the rules to manage AI are still unclear and split between countries. Recently, China proposes global cooperation body on AI governance to fix this problem.

At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai, China’s leader Li Qiang said that AI governance still 'fragmented', China's Li says. He means that many countries have different ideas and laws about AI, which can cause problems. To solve this, China proposes new global AI cooperation organisation to bring countries together.

This new group would help all countries work as one team. It would make shared rules for AI safety, fairness, and open technology. This way, AI can help people everywhere without risks or confusion.

Why does this matter? Today, AI rules are scattered and many countries, especially smaller ones, don’t have a voice. By creating a global AI cooperation organisation, China hopes to include more countries in deciding how AI should be used and controlled.

Experts say that this plan could change how the world handles AI. It may bring more trust between countries and faster progress in AI technology that helps everyone.

To sum up, China proposes global cooperation body on AI governance to solve the problem of broken and scattered AI rules. The goal is a safer, fairer, and more open future for AI worldwide.
